At this spot you Kiteboard on the South side of the causeway. After going over the Bridge, look for the Boat Ramp Area. On the Right Hand Side you will see a grassy rigging area. This spot can offer very smooth and glassy water riding.
No amenities such as water, etc.
PRECAUTIONS: This spot is mainly for Intermediate to advanced riders who can stay upwind.
Mainly for NW, NNW, Winds ONLY. Winds can be gusty.

It is a bright blue building.
